Prajna:

Transcendental wisdom, awareness and highest consciousness gained through intuitive insight.

I am a professional counsellor who has been working in the industry for many years. Through my work, I have supported adults, adolescents, children and couples, aiming to facilitate a space that empowers and provides opportunity for people to gain insight into their lives, to grow and create lasting positive change.

I use a person-centred approach with a spiritual lense, ensuring that every person that comes has their own individual style of support, as no two peoples experiences are the same. I believe that talk therapy is extremely important, however there is also more going on in the body and mind, than just talking about our experiences. I work with a blend of psychology and the energetic human experience blended together.

I aim to help you reconnect to your intuition, processing what's happening for you on a physical and energetic level, learning to trust yourself and tune back in with your needs again.

I utilise a range of therapeutic modalities, with a focus on empowering you to delve into your shadows and come out stronger. I also have an awareness that energy, past trauma, automatic thoughts and beliefs are always manifesting within the body and all around us and the effects this has in our thinking, feeling, connections and behaviours in the world. I love working with inner child, tapping (EFT) and guided energy work where appropriate.

My personal goal is to help people to do the work, and to learn how to heal themselves. I endeavour to support people in breakthroughs and the confidence to access insight into their own lives. I want to ensure that everyone feels lighter, once leaving my space.
